Utilising our own in-house experts and through our strategic alliance with Tractebel Engineering, CCS TLM is able to fulfil comprehensive engineering consultancy mandates from the initial screening, concept and feasibility studies through to realisation, via either EPC or EPC-M approaches.

Concept and Feasibility Studies

Project possibilities, once identified, are screened via concept and feasibility studies.  A keen attention to detail during these early phases ensures that only the very best prospects are progressed to the subsequent stages.  CCS TLM has unique experience and insight based on real project experience (both successful and unsuccessful) and uses this and its proprietary methodology and decision making to guide the process.

Front End Engineering Design (FEED)

Once a project concept has had its feasibility fully evaluated and has been defined technically and commercially it can be considered ready for the FEED to be undertaken.  CCS TLM can provide assistance to developers on their approach to FEED or even manage the process on a Client’s behalf.

Environmental Assessments and Permitting

Environmental assessment and permitting of integrated CCS plant is unsurprisingly complex given the fact that the value chain comprises something akin to a chemical plant integrated with a power plant, with a subsequent linkage to an oil or gas transportation system and hydrocarbon reservoir (partially or fully depleted).  CCS TLM can provide advice on the assessment and permitting process so the project proponent with the greatest chance of success is identified in the most timely and efficient manner.
