Head of Regulatory and Commercial Consulting: Mike Cloud

Mike joined CCS TLM as Associate Director, Commercial, in 2010 following more than 35 years in refinery operations, business investment, economic analysis and performance reporting with BP.

During his career he has worked and lived internationally and specifically has experience of working with and in JV's in; North America, Canada, India and Europe.  Most notably Mike played a leading role in the creation and operation of the BP/Mobil Pan European JV and the sale of Coryton Refinery.

The skills and experience that Mike brings are essential to the creation of commercially viable and investible CCS value chains.  Mike's focus is to work with Clients Project Teams, Investors and Banks to provide investment analysis and stress testing, cashflow and IRR/NPV forecasting and to provide guidance on JV options and structures.

Mike has an honours degree in Chemical Engineering from Exeter University and is a Dutch speaker following his time as Commercial Manager at BP's Refinery in the Netherlands (Nerefco).

Mikes hobbies include Tennis, History and Heraldry and now lives with his family in Surrey, England.
