CCS TLM’s specialist areas include:

• Feasibility studies including screening of potential storage sites in any particular location
• Origination of project concepts from fossil fuel feedstock through to storage (including technology selection)
• Negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements for CCS power projects based on our proprietary “Clean-Power” agreement
• Negotiation of CO2 Transportation and Storage Agreements based on our proprietary “Carbon-Store” agreement
• Modelling integrated project economics, analysis and optimisation of commercial attractiveness
• Advising on regulated and non-regulated market arrangements for the trading of energy, emissions and renewable instruments
• Negotiation of Joint Venture Agreement's (JVA's) and Shareholder Agreement's (SHA's), etc.
• Providing expert support and assistance to the negotiation and drafting of all other commercial arrangements including construction contracts (EPC) and service contracts
• Performance of Independent Project Reviews (IPR’s) and project benchmarking based on our proprietary processes
• Identification of potential project investors
• Assistance with project financing, selection of advisory bank, lenders technical advisor and the commercial and technical discussions and negotiations with stakeholders through to financial close of project
• Sourcing and negotiating contractual supplies of CO2 for the purposes of Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR)
